What different audio devices can I play through the Wave™ music system III?
Aside from its built-in FM/AM radio and CD/MP3 CD player, the Wave™ music system III can play audio from most of today’s portable music devices. The standard 3.5 mm AUX IN input accepts the Wave™ connect kit for your iPod or iPhone, MP3 and DVD/CD players, music phones and even older audio cassette players. Other dedicated Wave™ accessories connect to the system's Bose® link input to offer a more robust listening experience from multiple CDs and wireless Bluetooth® devices such as smartphones, tablets and laptops.
Does the Wave™ music system III offer dual independent alarms?
Yes. Two different wakeup times may be set, customized for each person's preferences (radio station or beep, volume, etc.). This is handy if two people wake at different times.
How many CDs can I load into the Wave™ music system?
The Wave™ music system has one CD slot. Add the optional multi-CD changer for three more, making a total of four.
Can I use headphones with the system?
Yes. The system comes with a headphone jack.
How many Wave™ accessories can I connect to the Wave™ music system III at one time?
Two. The Wave™ connect kit for your iPod/iPhone plugs into the system's AUX IN input. You may plug an additional Wave™ accessory into the system's Bose® link input. Note: the Wave™ Bluetooth® music adapter and Wave™ multi-CD changer both use the same Bose link input and thus cannot be plugged in at the same time.
Is the system compatible with Bose® link?
Yes. The music system can be used as Bose Lifestyle™ system expansion speakers via Bose link.
