Orders placed on Bose.com.au for in-stock products are typically processed and shipped within one business day. We use Australia Post E-Parcel or Messenger Post to ship orders and dependant on your selection, we will determine the appropriate carrier for your shipment.
When will I receive my order?
Please note that the number of days quoted for standard and premium economy shipping refers to transit time only. Additional time (typically one business day) is required for processing in-stock orders. Refer to the chart below for estimated delivery times.

Standard shipping
Standard shipping for Bose.com.au is by the Australia Post E Parcel system. Most standard shipments are delivered in the time schedule provided from the shipping date and depending on your location (applies to in-stock items; subject to carrier delay; excludes order processing time). If you are not available to accept your delivery the E Parcel service provides for a card to be left advising you of the attempted delivery and the order left at your nearest post office for pick up. Shipping is only available within Australia.
Premium Economy shipping
Premium Economy shipping is available for Bose.com.au orders shipping to street addresses in Australia by Messenger Post courier. Premium Economy shipments are delivered by courier in the time schedule provided the day after the confirmed order is received (applies to in-stock items; subject to carrier delay; excludes order processing time). This service provides for a pre call to be made to your nominated contact number prior to the delivery for confirmation, ensuring you are available to accept your order; however changes to delivery addresses can not be made at this time. If you are not available when the courier attempts delivery a card will be left giving instruction. Please follow those instructions to allow re delivery of your order.
We strive to keep all products sold on Bose.com.au in stock, but high demand occasionally results in delayed shipment. Stock status is indicated on the product page and in your cart during checkout.
How much will shipping cost?
Shipping charges are based on the shipping method you choose (either standard or premium) and the size of your product order. In order to keep freight charges simple we use pre set shipping costs based on the weight of your order. The freight cost will appear prior to your acceptance of the charges in your cart.

Can my order be shipped to a Post Office (P.O.) box number?
Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to a post office box. Since we cannot track packages after their arrival at Post office drop-off points, we are reluctant to make shipments that may be misdirected or lost.
Can I have my order shipped outside the Australia?
Orders placed on Bose.com.au can only be shipped to addresses within Australia. If you would like to place an order for shipment to another country, please visit Bose Worldwide.
Will I get an order confirmation by email?
We will send you an order confirmation email after your details have been confirmed and the information accepted.
Do I need to sign for my package?
In order to ensure you receive your package on time and in good order Bose® does require a signature before a package can be left at your location. If you receive a notice stating delivery was attempted while you were out, please follow its instructions regarding an alternate delivery date or package pick-up.
A word about our boxes
Bose® products are shipped in distinctive packaging that showcases product image and name. We do not outer pack our cartons.
