Satisfaction is guaranteed on all Bose products purchased by consumers directly from Bose.co.nz. We want you to be thrilled, so if you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return it within the 21 day* trial period for a full refund† of the product purchase price.

*Terms and conditions apply. †Freight paid will not be refunded.

Returning a product

If you purchased a product on Bose.co.nz and feel that it just isn't right for you:

1. Call 0800 501 511 to obtain a Return Authorisation (RA) number. This number helps us quickly track the status of your return.

2. Pack the product in its original box. If you do not have the original box, mention this to the customer service representative when you call.

3. Write the RA number clearly on the address label.

4. Be sure to use a package-shipping service such as registered post that is able to track shipments. Ship the package to:

5. When we receive your return, we will credit the payment method used to make the purchase. Please allow several days for the refund to be processed.

Note: Please be sure to obtain an RA number and clearly write it on the address label and attach it to the outside of the box. Failure to do so may result in your package being refused or cause delays in processing your refund.

If you purchased your product at a Bose store or Bose authorised reseller, please contact them to discuss your return options. Authorised resellers cannot, unfortunately, accept returns of products purchased from Bose.co.nz or by phone. Also, Bose does not accept returns of Bose products purchased from other resellers.

If you are experiencing any issues with the use or enjoyment of a product purchased on Bose.co.nz we can help resolve them. Please call 0800 501 511 and speak with a customer service representative.

If you purchased your product at a Bose store or Bose authorised reseller, please contact them to discuss your exchange options. Bose stores or Bose authorised resellers cannot, unfortunately, accept exchanges of products purchased from Bose.co.nz or by phone. Also, Bose does not accept exchanges of Bose products purchased from other resellers.
