Orders placed on Bose.co.nz for in-stock products are typically processed and shipped within one business day. We use either Courier Post or Toll Translink to ship orders therefore dependant on your location we will determine the appropriate carrier for your shipment.
When will I receive my order?
Please note that the number of days quoted for shipping refers to transit time only. Additional time (typically one business day) is required for processing in-stock orders. Refer to the chart below for estimated delivery times.

Shipping
Standard shipping for Bose.co.nz is by either by Courier Post for the North island or Toll Translink for the South Island. Most standard shipments are delivered in the time schedule provided from the shipping date and depending on your location (applies to in-stock items; subject to carrier delay; excludes order processing time). If you are not available to accept your delivery a card to be left advising you of the attempted delivery and providing instructions which you should follow to arrange the delivery of your order.
How much will shipping cost?
Shipping charges are based on the standard shipping method available. In order to keep freight charges simple we use pre set shipping costs based on the area of delivery for your order. The freight cost will appear prior to your acceptance of the charges in your cart.

Can my order be shipped to a Post Office (P.O.) box number?
Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to post office boxes.
Can I have my order shipped outside of New Zealand?
Orders placed on Bose.co.nz can only be shipped to addresses within New Zealand. If you would like to place an order for shipment to another country, please visit Bose Worldwide.
Will I get an order confirmation by email?
We will send you an order confirmation email after your details have been confirmed and the information accepted.
Do I need to sign for my package?
In order to ensure you receive your package on time and in good order Bose® does require a signature before a package can be left at your location. If you receive a notice stating delivery was attempted while you were out, please follow its instructions regarding an alternate delivery date or package pick-up.
A word about our boxes
Bose® products are shipped in distinctive packaging that showcases product image and name. We do not outer pack our cartons.
