Shipping
Standard shipping for orders placed on www.bose.co.nz is by Courier Post for the North Island or Toll Translink for the South Island. Delivery time estimates apply to in-stock items, exclude the one business day order processing time and are subject to carrier delay outside our control. If you are not available to accept your delivery, a card will be left advising you of the attempted delivery and providing instructions to for you to arrange delivery of your order.

Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to post office boxes.
Can I have my order shipped outside of New Zealand?
Orders placed on Bose.co.nz can only be shipped to addresses within New Zealand. If you would like to place an order for shipment to another country, please visit the Bose Worldwide website at http://global.bose.com/.
Will I get an order confirmation by email?
We will send you an order confirmation email after your details have been confirmed and the information accepted.
Do I need to sign for my package?
In order to ensure you receive your package on time and in good order, Bose® does require a signature before a package can be left at your location. If you receive a notice stating delivery was attempted while you were out, please follow its instructions regarding an alternate delivery date or package pick-up.

Shipping for Returns
