Store Manager

Serves as the manager of one wholly owned and operated Bose retail store. This position has responsibility for:

  • Management of day-to-day business operations, merchandising and people resources to generate retail sales of Bose products within the Bose store
  • Coaching the store staff on how to effectively delight Bose customers at retail and offer a demonstrably unique customer experience and value proposition
  • Leading the store team toward the achievement of their daily, weekly and monthly sales goals
  • Effectively executing the retail talent management process and practices, including recruitment, hiring, assimilation, performance management and coaching/development/training of store staff
  • Conducting presentations and product demonstrations, delivering optimum customer service, developing strong customer rapport and stimulating an exciting shopping experience
  • Creating and fostering a respectful, energized team environment

Assistant Store Manager

In addition to performing all of the elements of the Lead Sales Specialist role, serves as the secondary manager of a Bose retail store. The position is intended as a developmental assignment to acquire skills required for the Store Manager position. This position has responsibility for:

  • Assisting in day-to-day responsibility for store operations as assigned by the Store Manager
  • Creating and fostering a team environment and enlisting others in the achievement of daily, weekly and monthly sales goals
  • Achieving individual and team sales goals through the use of customer focused engagement strategies
  • Coaching, developing and mentoring store staff on sales and operations related processes
  • Partnering effectively with the Store Manager to execute the retail talent management process and practices, including recruitment, hiring, assimilation, performance management and coaching of store team

Lead Sales Specialist

In addition to performing all elements of the Sales Specialist role, serves as part of the store management team and is accountable for specific operational tasks as assigned by the Store Manager. This position has responsibility for:

  • Supporting the store team in the day-to-day management of business operations, merchandising and people resources to generate sales of Bose products within the Bose retail store
  • Achieving individual and team sales goals through the use of customer focused engagement strategies
  • Coaching, developing and mentoring store staff on how to effectively engage and sell to Bose customers and offer a demonstrably unique customer experience and value proposition
  • Conducting presentations and product demonstrations, delivering optimum customer service, developing strong customer rapport and stimulating an exciting shopping experience
  • Participating in the recruitment, interviewing and orientation of new hire Sales Specialists
  • Partnering with the Store Manager to create and foster a team environment

Sales Specialist

Serves to sell Bose products through the effective delivery of specific customer focused engagement strategies. This position has responsibility for:

  • Delivering extraordinary and lasting experiences to every customer before, during and after the sale by personalizing Bose products and services to fit their unique needs
  • Selling all products and services offered in our store
  • Achieving individual and team sales goals through the use of customer focused engagement strategies
  • Providing captivating product demonstrations
