Try the following before starting the updater application again:
- Make sure your Internet connection is working properly
- Make sure the USB cable is connected to your computer and to the Bose® Bluetooth® speaker
- If the problem persists, contact Bose Customer Support at 1-877-335-2073 (US) or 1-87-701-2175 (Canada).
The Help menu is available throughout the update process. From the Help menu, you can access:

Customer support information: View worldwide contact information for Bose
- System information: View information about the current version of Bose® Bluetooth® speaker software as well as system information for your computer and operating system
