ElectroForce® DMA Test Instruments

Overview

Several ElectroForce® test instruments are well-suited for DMA analysis and QA testing of viscoelastic materials such as elastomers, polymers and composites.  These ElectroForce test systems provide a clean, quiet, and low maintenance solution for both material and component testing needs.

The ElectroForce 3200 test instrument can be used for mid-level forces (± 450 N), while other ElectroForce instruments cover the range from ± 22 N to ± 6 kN.  The instruments can be provided with hot/cold chambers and other accessories as needed for specific applications.

Specific Test Configurations

3330 Series II DMA Testing

General-purpose and DMA testing up to ± 3000 N, with optional torsion test capability

Well-suited for small-scale DMA testing with force levels up to ± 22 N

3450 DMA Testing

Higher-force DMA test applications, either ± 3 kN or ± 6 kN.
