Timely repair when you need it

The Bose ElectroForce Systems Group provides a variety of repair services, both at our factory and in the field.  If you are in need of support, call or e-mail us first so we can properly diagnose the problem, and provide the best advice for repair. 

In some cases, through our online technical support group, problems can be diagnosed and fixed with only a phone call.  In other cases, if you return equipment that is not properly working, we can perform a diagnostic assessment to provide a repair estimate based on a thorough review of the symptoms.  For other situations, such as when the cost is prohibitive to return equipment to Bose, we can provide on-site repair services at your facility.  For emergency situations, we are able to utilize both factory technical expertise and field support services to reach a timely solution to your pressing equipment problems.
