The cover/stand

The cover serves two purposes. When the cover is closed it protects the SoundLink® Wireless Mobile speaker from damage. When opened, the cover serves as a stand for the speaker.

To open the cover, follow these steps:

  1. Pull on the fabric tab imprinted with the Bose® logo

    Pull cover

  2. Swing the cover down and fold under the unit

Note: No sound is emitted from the speaker unless the cover is opened. When you close the cover, magnets hold it in place. If you close the cover while audio is playing, the speaker turns itself off.
