To resolve this issue, please try the following:
Try a reset
Unplug the power cord from the outlet for five minutes
After five minutes, reconnect the power cord and listen for the beep-boop tone, indicating the system is receiving power. This can take up to 10 seconds after plugging the system in
Wait another 30 seconds after hearing the beep-boop tone and attempt to turn the system on
Note: If the power is on, the LED light on the front of the Solo system should be solid green.
Check that the power cord is secure in the wall and in the back of the Solo system. The power cord is designed for a very snug fit in the back of the system to ensure a solid connection. The cord may appear to be fully inserted, but you might need to apply additional pressure to seat it completely
Check to make sure the product is connected to a working outlet. If the Solo system does not emit the beep-boop tone when plugged in, the outlet may not be working. Try the outlet with another device, such as a lamp. If necessary, plug the Solo system into another outlet just to make sure the issue is not the outlet itself
